those in South Korea hoping to enjoy a clearer sunrise on the ears first day
should go to the East Coast that’s the only option for a clearer view because
on the west coast there will be clouds rolling in on the first day of the new
year the sky in the eastern part of Kanto province and can Sandow province
will be clear Jeju Island and the Toledo provinces will be cloudy and so will the
central region the exception is the eastern part of Kanto province the
earliest sunrise of 2020 can be seen farthest to the east of course on Dokdo
Island at 7:26 on the mainland you’d have to go to all Sun city in the
country south east and visit underwood cape at 7:31
